Just informed that the company I’ve worked for for years is now shutting down in less than a month.  I’ll be forced to find a new job.

I think I’m done.

This has been a pretty fun ride, right?  I’ve enjoyed drawing a lot of this stuff for you all, and I’ve received some pretty good feedback from all of you.  However, I feel like it’s time to move on.

I’ve got a lot of things going on in my life.  I’ve got college that I’m trying to finish.  I’m going to be moving into a new home fairly soon (I hope), I’ve got other more ambitious projects I’m taking on, and most importantly, I’m getting bored of this.

Drawing porn is great, but it’s not really something you can show off to most of your friends.  It’s not something you can show off to family.  It’s not something you can show off to future employers.  Besides, I find myself pretty terrible at it, especially compared to some of the other members of this community.

I’d frequently meet with one of my friends for coffee, and try desperately to doodle out something lewd right then and there.  I’m at the end of my rope it would seem.  I’m worn out.  I’m can’t really think of much more.

I know I have a couple of fans out there, among the vast sea of people who’ll favorite the occasional Pokemon art.  I’m sorry if my leaving is surprising or shocking, but this is what I want.  For those of you that know me more personally, I’ll be disconnecting from Skype.  Don’t expect to contact me through it anymore.

I have a few unfinished projects that I was working on for a while in my spare time.  Maybe when I feel like it, I can post some sketches here or there.  My other two blogs will also be inactive, so don’t expect posts there either.  If I ever want to draw this kind of stuff again, I’ll pick back up.  I’ll probably post here too, seeing as I won’t have anywhere else to post.  I’m leaving this blog up, at least until I feel like it.  If I do erase it, I’ll put a post up in advance.

So yeah, that about covers it.  It’s been really fun, and I’ll see you all around.  Keep making great art.

Hey.

I know it’s not much, but I wanted to tell everyone following me “Happy Valentine’s Day”.

I don’t want to jinx anything, but I believe I’m starting to regain control over things.  I’ve started doodling again (albeit non-lewd), so that’s a good start.  Hopefully new art will be in the works soon.

Inactive Until Further Notice

I’ve been really battling with some feelings for a while, and I just can’t seem to shake them.  I feel so depressed sometimes that I just don’t feel like doing anything.  I don’t talk to friends or family anymore hardly, and I can barely bring myself to go into work anymore.

With that being said, I’m officially putting my Tumblr blog on hiatus.  No more art for a while, as far as I can see.  I’ve gotta pull things back together.  This is most likely not the end of my blog, though–if and when I start feeling better (and feel like actually drawing), I’ll reactivate it.

I’d also like to apologize to my fans for not posting any new content, but I’d especially like to say “sorry” to all my friends.  I hope you all are doing well, and continue to do well.

So I drew this thing.

I based it off of a sea butterfly, and it’s just so gosh-darn cute.  I’m dubbing it a “sea puff”.  I did some front and profile pictures of her, and then just worked on some concept sketches.  Sorry it’s not too fancy.

She’s not too big, but she’ll show your finger a good time.

I decided to spend my night making a more fleshed-out, digital version of one of the better sketches I made earlier.

This is a Sue-ka (pronounced: SWAY-kah), also known commonly as an Oasis Wanderer, which lives on a dry, dusty planet, with water being a precious commodity.  They are strictly vegetarian, but inside of their bodies they store most of the water they intake from their food.

Explorers who find themselves stranded on this planet once survived by offering themselves up to the creatures sexually, which causes them to start self-lubrication, dripping precious liquids (the companionship isn’t bad either).  This is present in both females and males of this species.

Not surprisingly, They were once taken from their planet to serve as stress-relief for interstellar travelers on their ships, sometimes even earning a permanent spot in a household.  They are remarkably intelligent, and while they don’t understand human speech, they are capable of telepathy using the antennae on their heads.  Today, it is not uncommon to see an interracial couple featuring a Sue-ka husband or wife in highly populated cities on well-trafficked planets. Surprisingly, they adjust quite well to city-life, but quite frankly, they’re just glad to get off of the miserable rock they came from.
